PS2 memory card won't recognize the roster file
I need help! I got the new roster as a .max file onto my PS2 memory card using a max drive(usb flash drive), but NFL 2k5 won't recognize the file. I try to go to load and it won't show the file to load it. Thanks to anyone that can give me help.Tags: None -

you need a PSV converter, which will be impossible to find - you will need to buy an Xbox bud -

Also, .PSV's have nothing to do with PS2-related files - they only deal with the PS3.Comment

Re: PS2 memory card won't recognize the roster file
uncrushing the file is where i got stuck. eveything went smooth until i didn't do that and i thought it wasn't gonna work...anyway whatever transfer kit ur using should have a device manager...and thru there u should be able to uncrush the fileComment

Re: PS2 memory card won't recognize the roster file
Hey u guys I have a question. I bought the damn max drive. I do not know how to put the roster files on the max drive. It says that i need to unzip the rar files with unrar. I do not know hot to do this. When I go on the AR, their are no files showing even though i put the files on the max drive. I think i didn't do it properly. A step by step instructions on how to do this will be GREATLY appreciated.
Help to keep me playing this game by guiding me in this =pComment

Re: PS2 memory card won't recognize the roster file
This is how mine works:
1. Download a .max roster file. You will probably have to extract the .max file from a .zip or .rar folder (these formats are used to compress files to help share them better). To do this, you will need a program like winrar, winzip, or tugzip.
2. Drag and drop the .max file onto the USB Max Drive from the computer.
3. Stick the USB Max Drive in the PS2 along with the little disc that came with it.
4. Start up the disc using the PS2.
5. Select the .max file, and choose to "uncrush" it onto your memory card.Comment
