Making moves isn't the problem. I can upload a fresh version with the latest moves if you want. But editing the player ratings and the minor league teams costs me too much time which I don't have at the moment. I will upload a new version within the next few hours.

Okay, did the latest trades (NYY-SEA/Kuroda/Madsen/...) and edited a few lineups and rotations. Will upload the new version within the next few minutes.

The roster download on here didn't work for me it shows up on the site as being 0 kbs and formed and invalid .rar also 0 kbs.

I'll be waiting for this one, as I'm excited to see what your work has done, but over on mvpmods I found one by Leafnut that is up to date as of January 14th.
