Have you tried re-installing Horizon. I had problems with Modio and as soon as I got Horizon I never had a problem with the rosters.

Yes i did. I even turned off my anti virus and firewall. Still no luck.

I get the horizon encountered a problem error when i try to open it

I uninstalled and re-installed it to check it out and mines still opening up fine. Is anyone else having a problem with the file?

I am having trouble with the file. I open up horizon and it says the file is an error package.

Now I have tried to open the file using Modio and I still get an error package.
