Thanks for the heads up.
Come on though - he's got to be wearing #24.May 6, 1998: 9 IP, 1 H, 0 BB, 20 K

Nice, this game looks and sounds so good. The crowd in the background and the players in the dugout reacting to the game, the announcing and the music. It just all fits together. What a game this is going to be.Originally posted by jim416You are the 2k Police. :)Comment

I will admit that was the best video i have seen so far. Those camera angles are really good. I am not getting this game mostly because i have hardly enough time for 1 game, but i will definitely rent this one. No doubt this is a good year for baseball fans.Comment

Agreed. I really love the camera angles in 2k9. You get to see the entire ballpark. even if it's just at the end of an inning... it adds up. ,makes you feel more immersed in the game. cool.George Bell forever!Comment

Is that ANOTHER different pitching angle? Holy crap. I really like the different angles and how zoomed out some of them are. I like the presentation and commentary every time I watch a video. I did think Ellis was throwing lollipops to first base on those put outs. He could have put a little more mustard on those throws.Comment

Sheesh!
I'm definitely going to be fooling around with some of the camera angles til I find just the right one. This game is shaping up pretty well.

Re: Major League Baseball 2K9 Video: A's @ Mariners
This game looks like a complete package and is going to be loads of fun. Still not seeing any plate discipline or patience at the plate though or realistic batting sequences.... They really should add a plate discipline rating to each player and have that effect how a player approaches an at bat. So each player plays true to life. I wish they could do this by release time. That would make this game a dream come true.Last edited by kGinGreen; 02-20-2009, 09:38 AM.Comment

Nice video, game seemed to run smooth and we saw some week grounders which was a positive. Still dont like the fact that one of this generation's greatest hitters Griffey Jr. was showing no plate discipline but I hope that can be fixed with sliders.Comment
