The difference is the Play Now, You will always face the #1 Ace of the team your facing. In the past there was a Exhitbition Mode that would go from the team select to the Line up section to then the pitcher you would like to face.

The play now you have no choice. You will always face the Ace. Don't get me wrong i'd like to face the best but some teams have great #2 and #3's in there rotation.

What does that matter if you can just edit the roster before playing the game instead of the pre-game menu like last year.

Just change it before you start the play now. Any other disadvantages of play now compared to exhibition?

You can set up which pitcher you want to face and the switch their line up. To me this is huge. Especially for baseball, for other sports maybe not.

they could've just switched them out.

Too many tweaks and work arounds to make this game do what we want it to. Going to pass this year for the first time in I don't know how long.

Is there a way to save the pitching and batting camera views once you switch them? I haven;t been able to get them to take.

Also I haven't ventured online, can you use either ptichign and batting interface online in ranked matches or just custom.

you need to go to the roster section in 2kshare and edit, then save then go to play now

FYI, people there is a work-around for making changes to the CPU in Play Now Mode.
