We now know what will most likely be listed in the wishlist for MLB2K9 (Full editing of created AND actual players, including batting stance and pitcher deliveries; the ability to remove post pitch on-screen 'flashes' and other arcadey on screen images; sliders that were removed from 2K8; etc., etc., etc.).

It's almost like the developer will not only be asking about which improvements need to be added to the game, but what we DON'T want REMOVED from the game!

Which genius made these decisions for 2K9? Can't blame Brinkman THIS year!

First thing i will say, is some things that we think are simple thing shouldnt be taken out I.E player edit. I dont know why you can only do a few teams. I think thats just wrong.

2ndly, they are listening but the problem is they were told ok, its your time to make a video game with less then a year. They virtually had no time to sit back and dissect the game.

The gameplay is pretty solid. Some of the other things shouldnt have been taken out. I am with everyone else on this, but i understand why they would pull some things out.

Can't believe that the testers of the game could not notice the AI hitting being so aggressive! Why don't we have the same sliders as last year, that you were able to change the AI and physical part aspect of the computer and the user?

I only played less than an inning today because the freaking computer swings at everything. I had to play NBA 2K9 instead, when I really wanted to play hardball baseball.

I'm still stunned over all of this...
