How many games do you play?

Yeah I think I will do something similar. I decided to play the first game of every series but after reading this may rotate. If it is close late in year I will play more. Then maybe I can get through a few seasons.

I always play a full 162 game season without simming any games. It takes about the length of the regular season. I never play any sport in the offseason.

Now that the patch is done and I have found a decent slider set that still gives me cards...I am doing the full 162. I just get into it more the deeper the season goes because I know that all of those numbers getting put up are my own doing. Because of fatherly duties, I get up early before work and can usually sneak in a game and a half (thank you 2K for the save feature) and then maybe finish the 2nd game up in the evening.

Once done, I will need to start a season with an AL team to unlock those cards, but probably wont finish it before COD Modern Warfare 2 sucks me back in to the violent mayhem!

Wow. My hat is off to those that do 162. I get bored of it after about 20 games. I can never stick with the same team for to long. I'm starting my first 'chise and it took three days for me to pick K.C. as the team. I played several games to make sure uniforms and stadium were perfect etc. I was VERY disapointed to see all the errors in the Braves this year but it looks like K.C. is as close as the game gets ot perfect and a team that I will have to work on to build up to a powerhouse.

Think I will do the play the first 5 then sim every 5 plan, maybe I can actually finish a season with this game.
