This has happened to me too, unless Cecil Fielder is running the bases you should NEVER be thrown out tagging from 3rd with the ball being cut off unless the right fighter shoots the ball out of a rocket. It's an obvious glitch in the game.

The problem with base stealing is the game doesnt adjust itself if you increase the pitch speed. I am playing at pitch speed on 100 and I have no shot to steal bases unless its a wild throw. With fast runners like Brett Gardner and 3 stride leads I am dead in the water every time even with the AI throws breaking balls.

So you mean if I really need a stolen base, I can bump the pitch speed down in-game for one pitch.
