contracts in franchise mode messed up

Anyone notice that the contracts in franchise mode is messed up? Especially resigning players and free agents, some of the contracts just don't seem realistic, (very low)

^^^I think this was the "fix" to the FA problems, where teams couldn't afford the big name guys because the budgets were too tight. As a result, a TON of the big names were rotting in the FA list It's unrealistic (and still has some big FA who sit for whatever reason at times), but better than the alternative, IMO.

unrealistic, but the team budgets vs free agents salary are in line within this game.

When Pujols and Longoria were free agents in my old franchise, they demanded max contracts. 7 years 175 mil. ouch.
