I was gonna wait like a week before getting this, but after playing the demo and reading this, I've decided to go out and get it tomorrow. Can't wait to start a My Player as a 2B and Closer.

well that seems realistic at least... Have you noticed if the player of the game feature seems broken? In the demo people that go 0-1 with a K are sometimes player of the game, I'm hoping this is just a demo thing...

Seems like they fixed it. I've only had time to play 2 games so far and both seemed worthy of winning the title.

First game was 2-1 Yanks and Cano won it by going 2-4 with a rbi and a run.

Second game was 7-1 Twins and Morneau won it by going 2-5 with a HR and 3 RBI's.

Alright it looks like when you bring-in relief pitchers, their info has them playing another position. I just brought in Phil Hughes & his info states he's a SS. Last game I brought Dave Robertson in & his info said DH.

Man oh man it just seems video games are becoming a microcosm of what society has become in that actual human contact is a thing of the past. Not being able to turn the pitching cursor off shows that. I for one still play games with actual real life friends for fun, I know a weird concept, but hey I'm old fashioned. It started with every game now being one player and it has now leaked into the sports gaming world, which I hoped was immune from this isolationism.

Its like having only one play show up to pick from in Madden. If that were the case everyone would be up in arms, or maybe not. I had to get that off my chest, sorry for being so philosophical.

Maybe they will patch, but I'm not betting on it.

WTF??? Joe, could you check this again? It faded in the demo as I played several games against my cousin the day the demo came out.
