I'm enjoying reading the impressions while I patiently wait for my copy to arrive so I thank you all for that.

I was just wondering and I apologize if this has been answered already but has anyone seen any errors happen yet?

I am having a good time, main issue right now is the check swing (which is being fixed) and...

If you have a close play where the outfielder is running in and the ball is just out of reach of his glove it flies parallel to the grass into the glove. Has happened twice and ****s up everything, as I send my guys thinking it's a hit.

Unless I'm missing something, camera angles are defaulting back to default settings. This will get annoying after a while.

I haven't seen any errors yet. I think after all the fielding issues/glitches in last year's game, they were almost scared about getting blasted over the fielding this year, so it's quite tight. It would be nice to see some realistic fielding errors though.

I saw Jay Bruce drop a fly ball last night. Only error I've seen so far.

I've begun playing a few games and I must say that the pitching is WAAY better this year (good range of walks, not constantly hitting the strike zone, etc.). The batting mechanics were good as well, which was what 2K Sports put so much emphasis on this year.

On that note, everything was either worse or the same as last year (I'm excluding franchise and career mode features which are good btw). The crowds looked blocky, the sound was too soft, players keep moving where they're not supposed to.

I can't say that I'm keeping this game this year, BUT I do like the more in-depth career and franchise modes. Jerseys look terrible as well, but I can't complain (even though I am).

My initial impressions of the game...better than I thought. It seems liek a lot of fun so far.
