lol, who said the throwing is to slow?

Today, with Erick Aybar, I threw to 1B with max strength, and I couldn't even tell if what he threw was a baseball. It looked like a laser beam.

These rocket arms give the ones from 2k6 a run for their money!

they do need to down down the strength and/or speed of throws, and hit balls. IMO this game runs fast.
last years pacing was better.

Re: Official MLB 2K10 Impressions (360/PS3)

I'm sure this has been covered but I can't quite find what I'm looking for. I've been playing 2K7 for 2-3 years now and I'm looking at 2K10. Two questions, is there the option for single button swing and the pitching interface from 2K7 was nice, so basically what are the controls for swinging and what type of pitching interface's are there to choose from? I'm not a hardcore gamer, I've just gotten used to 2K7's controls and hope 2K10 is somewhat similar. Any help would be great, thanks guys.

As far as the hitting, you can switch to "classic" on your controller -swinging by pressing the A button..

Dont know about pitching though

Looks like when a pitcher hits 20 stamina his ENGY level goes back up to 99 and he starts to subtract from that. At least that's happened in the games I've paid attention.

Here's part of Grinke's throwing motion,it looks like it cut off the first 2 seconds of it and changed the camera,it's a nice looking DP at least.

and link in case that doesn't work: http://community.2ksports.com/commun...ediaid=1422301

Oi! You also lose your achievements if you load a saved game, you can't even get them after loading.

Yep, you can use classic hitting and pitching (using just buttons), although I think you'll like the Total Control right stick pitching once you try it out, but you can always just use classic if you don't like using the right stick. I used to think 2K7 was the best in the series, but now 2K10 is the one to play.
