I've played this game since Wednesday and so far i'm not seeing any emotions from the players other than the pitchers on the field. After a big homerun it's business as usual and they trot around the bases like nothing happened.

I also have one question. Did anyone ever see a ground rule double in this game? It's hard enough getting the ball over a guys head, and I never saw the ball bounce hard enough to go over the wall.

Jangle Leg, I've seen a few ground rule doubles so far, can't remember what stadium but I had a couple in one game, think it was Turner Field.

The game play is pretty good, although I wish the speed of the game could be adjusted (maybe April's patch) and I wish the commentary would actually announce scores from around the league in franchise, that would be cool. But other than that, I am really liking this game, its a little quirky with the animations some times, but other than that, a vast improvement from last years effort.

Yeah, found that out in the game I just played..I PH Lopez for Hawksworth, then I wanted to keep Lopez in the game to play 3rd. But they didn't let me. So I had to sub Lopez for Greene.

Hope they fix that during the patch

I like the fielding in the game; certainly an improvement from last year, but I think they should work on giving the player more controllability. There are often times when I'm attempting to dive for a ball, and the CPU doesn't allow me to do so. The outfielders are no longer under human control once you place the fielder under the ball (or dark ball indicator), so I would like to see a little added control in this scenario as well.

Really sucks they didn't fix the bald white guy glitch in franchise mode. It even affected one of my relievers who was never even in the minors
