Re: Those jerseys are pretty bad.
I agree with you on the tightness of the jerseys, that's why I'm hoping there is a edit to make them more baggy or something. Ryan Howards' uniform does not look like the version in the demo, that's for sure, lolGames I'm playing FOREVER: NFL2K5, That is all. -

Re: Those jerseys are pretty bad.
I know the numbers are HUGE! That's the only thing that irks me, it's so close 2K7 level with a minor FAIL.
/please patch it!!!Last edited by Riotboy; 02-27-2010, 11:38 PM.Coming is my style, but I have to go.Comment

Re: Those jerseys are pretty bad.
2k sports is a poorly run organization. Any project manager that lets an error like this slip by does not deserve to be a part of the production team nor does he deserve a job within the company. Clearly during the developmental phase of the product's life cycle this game underwent testing and the problem was noticed, yet nobody decided to take action upon the issue. This just shows that 2k is not dedicated to its consumer base and that it would rather take shortcuts to save the firm money instead of focusing on what gamers really want. You can make excuses that you would rather have better gameplay but the bottomline is that this company is putting out a sloppy product and that it is not putting the interests of its paying consumers first. This is just one example of why this title has failed miserably in the past.Comment

Re: Those jerseys are pretty bad.
I do agree with the last guy. Stuff like this should be sorted, and is so obvious to anyone with a clue about baseball. It is sloppy and lazy that it's not dealt with.
I look at the game and think this could be decent with good modding on the PC, but that doesn't help console owners, and it really shouldn't be up to a modder to fix something like this.
If a guy in his basement can fix this stuff, surely the developer earning six figures should be able to. If not, he should learn how to pump gas and let the modder take his job.May 6, 1998: 9 IP, 1 H, 0 BB, 20 K

Does anyone know if there will be a patch to fix this? That is something that is going to bother the heck out of me if they don't fix it.Comment

Re: Those jerseys are pretty bad.
You should send in your resume. Do you have one to send? Truth be told, VC has done a remarkable job this year to bring this game back to respectability. If you're ready to throw in the towel because of the look of jersey numbers, then you obviously dont remember 2K8 and 2K9.2k sports is a poorly run organization. Re: Those jerseys are pretty bad.
WOW, for people to call developer's lazy is a shame. Alan & his team did a remarkable job taking what was a horrible looking game & turned it into something that is very nice to look @.
Though not a great representation here's 2 screens of the game from TV:

These screens looks nothing like 2k9. If you have 2k9 go back & look @ it real good & tell me the job Alan & his team was LAZY...
I understand the #'s are bigger than they should be, I understand some players wear their uniforms baggier than others & it's not represented very well in the DEMO, but c'mon calling the Art Team lazy is IMO taking it little too farComment

Re: Those jerseys are pretty bad.
Seriously, the developers did an AWESOME job putting this game back on the map. Do we even focus on the jersey's when playing the game? Yeah, the numbers look a little big, so what. They worked on the most important part of the game... gameplay. I'm sure in time they will make the jersey's better.Comment

Re: Those jerseys are pretty bad.
If you ask me, I think the graphics and the art as a whole did hands down. Also about the Numbers on the back of the jerseys the only teams that I even noticed like that were The Phillies and the cubs. IMO those are the only bothersome two.
