I am hoping to have full notes on the first update that went live this morning to provide in the coming days.

Hey everyone,
We’re excited to announce that we have launched our own official Operation Sports app. It’s available on the iOS App Store and in the Google Play store:
For those of you who have been around these parts for quite some time, you might know we’ve had an app before, but the Tapatalk app was not “official” and was only a way to look at the forums on your phone. However, when the forums changed in any way, it would make that app a bit unwieldy/buggy.
It was still better than nothing, and we’re grateful it lasted as long as it did, but we did not have much control over it or ways to update it. With our own official app, we’ll be able to actually release app updates that can include new features and bug fixes.
On the app, you will be able to scope out both the front page and the forums. Since this is only the start of the app, we are aware of many known issues, particularly around the forums, and we plan to add more to it in the future based on your feedback. In addition, it may take a little longer than usual when you log-in for the first time, but it should not be the case after that initial log-in. With all that in mind, we’ll have a spot on Discord where you can provide feedback.
For example, I want to add more to the forums side of things so you all have more options when making posts and threads on the app, and I want you to more easily be able to navigate large threads with many pages of posts.
As always, we can’t do any of this stuff without you all, so thanks again for the continued support. This app along with the Discord are a couple of the steps we have taken recently to try and bring this community together in as many ways as possible, and we plan to deliver even more on that front in the months ahead.
Edited and Updated, summary of bugs/issues posted in this thread. (12:58AM 3/3/10) -Player Arm Strength's are too over-powering, they should be toned down, everyone has a cannon arm. -You can still intentionally hit batter after batter and not get warned/ejected. -Player of the Game seems to be very hit & miss. Player are being awarded that had no bearing on the outcome of the game -Stealing is difficult still. You have to run on breaking balls only and take a 3 step lead in order to steal successfully. While stealing generally works fine; it will be difficult for casual gamers. Also the CPU does not seem to take much of a lead, but yet steals with ease. -When playing online, can we remove the max pitch sound effect so that the opponent batting can't hear every time you do a max pitch. Heck, remove the sound all together, it's not really needed. -There is sometimes an online issue when starting ranked matches where a user cannot start the game. This problem is in NBA2K10 as well. -We have no way of viewing a players potential when trading or during the draft for franchise mode. We absolutely need this if you plan on building a small market clubs. -Players still run through each other on the way to and inside the dugout at times. -Still to easy to pick someone off at 2nd. (or be picked off) Pick offs should be much more difficult for both the user and CPU. -The "walk rating" for most everyone is still "D-" in inside edge. I know this is cosmetic, but should be fixed none the less. -You cannot negotiate contract extension in franchise mode. When someone has 1 year left on a contract you should be able to talk extensions with them. -Signature styles get cut off. Signature style batter movement after a swing or a ball are cut short short by a flash across the screen. -There is no way to turn off the "Auto Save" feature in franchise mode. Or the auto save feature in general cannot be turned off. -Players are still reverting to a generic bald appearance during game on the field sometimes. For example is edit mode Boof Bonser of the Red Sox has a goatee and tan skin to match his real life pitcure. But on the field he is pale white bald with no goatee.
