Waiting on Rosters and Patch..
Before I start my franchise. It really sucks because I want to get into it right now, but with the OF arms that strong and most of the rookies and younger players not in the game yet it makes it unrealistic to me.Tags: None -

Re: Waiting on Rosters and Patch..
Really you people cant see the point? I agree with the OP, I wanna start my franchise now but will not begin in until the patch hits and fixes outfield arms and the fatigue glitch with pitchers, new rosters would be nice to but I could do without that, gameplay is much bigger to me, and obviously that was the mans point behind his post, so hard to figure outComment

Of course we can see the point. The bigger point is why post something that has been discussed ad infinitum and has no bearing on anyone else, really.Really you people cant see the point? It's Twitter like. We don't really need to hear everyone's constant desires, plans, actions and thoughts (re: Planes, Trains & Automobiles).
btw.... I had toast & jelly with coffee for breakfast.Comment

I see what you did there.Of course we can see the point. The bigger point is why post something that has been discussed ad infinitum and has no bearing on anyone else, really.

Re: Waiting on Rosters and Patch..
I'm playing the waiting game as well, at least for my Rockies franchise. At the moment I'm just playing MLB Today games and a fantasy drafted franchise.Comment

Re: Waiting on Rosters and Patch..
I'm getting the game later today and will prob just DL a roster from 2kShare.
On another note, do pitchers get rested by day or by game? I.e. last year, during playoffs, pitchers' stamina didn't return on day offs. Did they fix that? I'd like to rely on an ace to pitch 3 games during a 7-game playoff but 2K really killed that aspect (unless if I manually turned down stamina).Comment

Re: Waiting on Rosters and Patch..
In regards to your rookie issue, I've always thought that a rookie should have about a two year window where he's improving some regardless of his production. After the first couple years, progression should be all about how much a guy produces.
It should be that way for all sports games really. A guy who is the last pick and comes in as a 55 overall should have the ability to become a 90+ overall player if his production merits it.Comment
