    A few questions...

1: Please tell me they didnt forget to put a pitchout in this game and someone explain how to do it with classic pitching.

2: Is there definitely going to be a PS3 patch and any word if it will resolve the errors and fatigue problem? I know sometimes the PS3 version gets left out in the cold...

3: Anybody feel that the AI strikes out too much in this game? Seems like with every other 2K game the AI cant hit breaking balls well at all. They also seemto take 3rd call strikes a lot.

4: Anybody that plays with classic hitting does it feel broke at all? When I try to pull inside pitches they go the opposite way and when I try to hit outside pitches the opposite way I pull the ball. Weird...

    Thanks in advance.

Not sure how to do it with PS3, but on 360, you select your pitch, then hold "X" to do a pitchout. Probably square on PS3, then.

I use classic hitting as well.

If you want to hit the ball to right field, you need to point the left stick to the left. If you want to hit it to left, you need to point the left stick to the right. It seems backward but I think there's a reason for this.

I've found that just leaving the left stick alone works wonders. I hit balls where they're pitched and I like the timing based system better. I just got too frustrated with the left stick, but true doing what I mentioned above and you should see some better results.

Thanks. I agree the left stick works backwards this year. Not using the L stick is kind of boring and a bit unrealistic IMHO. I like the challenge of recognizing pitch location then taking it to the proper side of the field like real life hitters have to do.

There's definitely going to be a PS3 patch.
