prospects they're growth and lack of power

Ive noticed almost every prospect is a very very above average fielder. It seems like every one is in the 90s for everything. Also way to many players with 90 speed. On the opposite side not alot of prospects that are good hitters and even few that have power.Problem is there power never increases because they dont hit homeruns, and they have to hit home runs for there power to increase. Now i happend to be right at the draft in franchise after the patch yesterday and i saw 2 or 3 players who had 70 to 72 power in the draft.I had never seen anyone with more than 60 and there wasnt even many of those. Is this a product of the patch because i diddnt see anything in the notes about it,or was it just a coincidence.

I would say its a product of the patch because since the patch my rookie drafts have included some power hitters (i have noticed most of them over 70 power are first baseman) and pitchers with control.
