been playing for about 25 min since the patch came out, seems to fix alot of the frame rate issues ive seen

yea got it about 30-35 min ago during a game, it signed me out of live then afterwards i logged back into to live and it made me get the patch. only thing i notice so far is the frame rate drop after pitching/swinging is definitely fixed

I was upset that the update gave me my first loss of the season, but if it fixes the framrate (annual) issues, then I can manage.

just got the patch and you indeed are correct sir. Game is smooth as butter now. I might have to redo my impression.

Is this "patch" on the pc version as well? Or only console users got the patch?

Did u get the pc version last year?

I'm curious to know how the online multiplayer is. Are there leagues/ladders and stuff like that, and is it relatively easy to find games online?

if the pc is anything like it was last year you guys might be waiting for a patch. but on the other hand i had to download mine around 4:30 am so maybe they were trying to get it out for every platform for release, need to wait to see a few more people chime in on whether they have it or not.

I have a question about this patch. When did it come out? I got my game for Xbox at midnight and there was an update but that was for the rosters.i haven't received any other patch. I ask because some people say the patch has fixed the fps loss and others say its still there. Was this really a "patch"

i got my game at midnight and i had to download the patch at ~4:30 am eastern time. i was in the middle of a game and it said an update was needed and signed me out of live. i then finished the game, saved, and went to sign back into xbox live where it prompted me to download a 3mb patch, and then reset the game. standard procedure for a patch, but a few other xbox users seemed to not get it when i did so maybe its being release by area or something? you can also try to clear the cache to try and get a download when you load the game up (i dont really do this because i dont see how it can work if you dont have the patch already but some people on the board live/die by this)

The patch was automatically available by the time I put the game in, so I don't know what it was like before that.

Strictly speaking about FPS, I'd say it's comparable to 2k11... There's some slowdown on foul balls & hits to the corners, but nothing too crazy / distracting.
