Why in the hell was Jeter waved home? Hunter had that ball as Jeter was getting to 3rd.

Instead of bases loaded, 1 out....its only 1st and 3rd, 2 outs.

Although he gave up 2 runs in the first inning... Small pitched very well so far.

All he gave up was a bunt single, a ground ball just past A-Rod, an infield single, and a blooper to right to score 2.

Jeter with his patented field-jump-turn-throw in the hole play saves a run as its 3-3 going to the bottom of the 4th.

Just a couple of more hours to see what newly acquired Shawn Chacon can do for this team. I think he will be a very solid pickup, and we didn't really lose anything in return. Chacon is still young, so maybe he can stick around for a few years.

On another note, for the love of God, PLEASE DO NOT PICK UP ALAN EMBREE! I do not want that trash on this team. How people say he will help this team baffles me. He couldn't even cut it in Boston, what makes people think he will do well in NY. Hopefully the Diamondbacks will snatch him beforehand.
