Two big comeback W's in this series. You could definately tell the entire Angel's squad was fatigued today though, they've had a rough road trip.

We'll see if Giambi can keep up his hot streak going into August, and hopefully The Unit will stop giving up so many damn homers. The win today was handed to us in a wrapped gift basket, but we'll certainly take it.

On to Cleveland for the next three, hopefully we can take at least 2 outta 3.

Re: Official New York Yankees Bleacher Creatures Team Thread

I have a friend whose dad has a friend that works as al guy that advises young players how to handle their money when they first get big contracts... and he got word last week that 3 players would exposed as testing positive this week. The frst was Raffy, the second was Franklin, and the 3rd was a Yankees pitcher.

From what I hear, he thinks it'll probably be released to the public tomorrow. He wasnt told who but his personal opinion was Strutze or Proctor but he's not sure of who it is... just that it was one of our pitchers.

Hopefully he was wrong but he's a pretty credible guy usually so just keep your eyes open tomorrow and hopefully this won't ruin our season if its someone important like Sturtze.

It wouldn't surprise me if more than 3 names came out. I find it interesting how many pitchers are getting caught. Most people relate steroids to bulked up sluggers, but the real benefit of them is quicker recovery time which is a huge help to pitchers.

Alan Embree?
Wayne Franklin?
Al Leiter?
Scott Proctor?
Jason Anderson?

Really, there is a plethora of pitchers to choose from. Hopefully not RJ, Mussina, Small, or Mo.

Like I said... his personal opinion was Sturtze or Proctor.... but I don't really care what his personal opinion is because its not based on any information he has... just a hunch.

Giambi RBI double, followed by a 2 run shot by Posada! Yanks up 3-0!
