A.) Table scrap trade
B.) How are they trading? Deadline was a month ago and I doubt Lawton would clear waivers.

Dude, every single comment you make is just so negative....of course, you are a Sux fan, so I guess that comes with the territory, but I bet if the Sox were the ones who acquired Lawton, you wouldn't be saying this.

I like it from a Yankee perspective. They gave up nothing to get him, he has some speed and some pop and can be a nice bat off the bench or a replacement for Bernie or one of the other OF's.....

Apparently they're gonna move Mastsui back to CF and have Lawton start most of the games in LF. Womack will be just a pinch runner from here on out, which is obviously the best role for his offensively inept self.
