Gah, I hope not. I'd rather have Bonds break Aaron than A-Rod.

Nice to see A-Rod got HR #400 when the game's already over. I mean, yea, he actually hit #399 when it was still a baseball game

but still, he mostly pads his stats when the game's pretty much decided.

I'm surprised he doesn't have better stats than he already has.

Good win last night, but it's against a crappy team and we should have won the series, but this is definately better than getting swept by another below average team. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that what we've seen the last 2 weeks is going to be a trend for the season; play like crap a majority of the time, struggle to score runs, then absolutely blow up on offense 1 outta every 15 games or so and have everyone declare "the Yanks are back!!" even though they won't be.

I have a feeling it's gonna be a long season, these aren't the Yanks of old.
