Definitely. They play tough at home and have better records in the division than both the Red Sox and Yankees.

I loved how Baez did a fist pump after getting the last out in the 9th, after letting up 2 runs to blow the save. What a jackass.

2 damn outs away from being tied in the AL East and he chokes the big one.

I have this eerie feeling he'll be a Yankee within 3 years, too.

Both weren't bad pitches...the Hollins one was a pitch in on the hands that he somehow managed to get a hit out of, and that travis lee hit was like a womanly slap at the ball with a bat and he popped it down the line.

Well Matt Clement seems fine. I really liked Manny Delcarmen. Hopefully this builds his confidence

How can you excuse any player for not running hard to 1st base? In the 10th inning of a tie game? He literally WALKED down the line! I think John Olerud might have beat him in a race to 1st there.

Manny isn't some kind of sacred cow, he can be legitimately criticized in a separate manner from stupid hatred such as "he's a lazy dimwit".

I think it's legitimate criticism but saying they won the game in spite of Manny falls in the "stupid hatred" form in my book when he obviously contributed to the win. Maybe I'm just defensive from listening to him take a beating on WEEI all day, but people seem to have a big target on Manny where if it had been Ortiz, who would've done the same exact thing, he would've gotten a free pass.
