Sorry, but that's just not true.

The Yanks continue to lead the way to the destruction of the sport imo. They are a perfect example of what is wrong with the MLB this year and for so many years.

The MLB needs a hard cap of sorts. If it continues on like this, it will lose many fans including myself.
Not true at all. Why do other ballclubs have their best homestands of the year when the Yankees are in town?

That is untrue on every level. Any other team in the world would love ot have a nowner like Steinbrenner who isn't afriad of using money for the betterement of his team. Also the Yankees are the team everyone else loves to hate. They are not messing up baseball, they would be if they won every year, which isnt the case. Baseball needs a team like the Yanks.

Up to this point, does he kind of remind you of Justice in 2000? I know we have about 6 weeks to go in the regualr season alone, and the postseason is a different "beast" all together, but man!

Who would've thought the Yankees would be on the verge of a 5 game sweep?

Re: The 2006 New York Yankees

I was going to be happy with us only taking 2 of 5 coming into this series.

We can only hope. There's no way he'll keep up the pace he's at obviously, but it'd be a huge boost if he can play a similar role to Justice.
