Re: The 2006 New York Yankees

No complete game shutout for Moose, thanks to an A-Rod bad throw.

Holy crap, he told Joe.

Game over, Yankees win.

Great performance from Mussina. He has been amazing this year.

Let's get the sweep tomorrow

"You stay there"

Torre: "Okay"

That was hilarious.

Re: The 2006 New York Yankees

WFAN reports that Sheffield has a tear in a ligament and a dislocated wrist. That's what I think they said at least, I was watching on YES and they had to cut away while it was announced to show batting practice.

No word on if he needs surgery or how long he'll be out, but that doesn't sound good.

Re: The 2006 New York Yankees

Bad news for Sheff, tear of a ligament and a dislocated wrist, also from the FAN. No news on how long he will be out or if he will need surgery. From the sounds of it, doesn't sound too good.

There you go Pudge. To me, a Yankess loss is as good as a Sox win pretty much. Tying run on second with winning run on 1st and Ordonez up with 1 out.
