Re: The 2006 New York Yankees

Wang is second only to Clement for most frustrating starter to watch in the AL right now. I'm not rooting for the Yankees to win, ever, but even I get frustrated watching a guy completely unravel for seemingly no reason. It seems like thats how most of Wang's starts go. One inning the opposition gets some guys on base, and he just falls apart. Sometimes he gets bailed out with a double play ball, but not tonight.

He barely threw any pitches. I doubt that had anything to do with him hurting his back.

Just shows how important he is to this team. We got by this series without Jeter, Sheffield, Matsui, and Damon at times, but lose Rivera and things get a lot tougher.

Frustrating loss after it looked like we were going to get the sweep.

Re: The 2006 New York Yankees

Heard this morning on WEEI that Sheffield could be out for the year. Any truth to this?
