I love Loretta in a completely brokeback way.

No reason to move Loretta out of the two spot with how productive he has been. Even when he isn't as hot as he is now, he still does some other little things that brings in runs like moving runners along.

It's wrong but damn if the thought/hope of Clement being knocked out for a lengthy period of time didn't cross my mind.

Let's just bring Lester up and see what he can do. Keep him on a very short leash and take it from there.

Tie game baby, Captain with a 3 run shot! We have no business winning this game with Halladay pitching well, so it'd be awesome to steal it.

Re: Boston Red Sox - 2006

Nice comeback, and nice relief work by everyone not named Riske, too bad they still lost. But as CWood mentioned, they had no business winning that one. Hopefully Beckett and TBD can take the series.

As for the TBD, there's no one down on the farm who fits your usual journeyman reliever to be used as an emergency starter, so why not let Lester get his feet wet? I know he hasn't been pitching well for Pawtucket, but maybe pitching on the big stage will light a fire in him.
