Yeah, and I have a bad feeling he's getting burned this time...

Re: Boston Red Sox - 2006

Two times Jermaine has JUST missed two bad pitches and it's ended up in the glove of Coco Crisp...who's weak arm had no chance at throwing anybody out. Very lucky to be tied right now.

He gets out of it, only giving up one run again. Come on offense we need Youk, Loretta, and Coco to step it up because if we get them going will be rolling on all cylinders.

Youk = 2 double plays tonight . Terry should try to switch Coco and Youk and maybe get both of them going.

Re: Boston Red Sox - 2006

I'd rather have a struggling Youk batting first than a struggling Crisp, because a struggling Crisp = out, a struggling Youk could = a walk. But that's just me.

Let's hope our bullpen can hold this one.

Re: Boston Red Sox - 2006

Lester wins 7-2 after another outing where it seems sometimes he barely gets out of jams. But hopefully he can get it together during the All-Star break. Still he did a good job vs the best offense in the league, he still needs to work on his control because he struck out 3 and walked 3. And our offense has been tearing it up in the 9th inning the past 2 days.

Gonazlez went 4-4 tonight which is nice. And Ortiz leads the league in Hr's and rbi .

Very big win for the Sox. Just need to take at least one more game and it will be a very good end to the first half.
