I highly doubt Chone Figgins is going anywhere.

And if they weren't going to give up Santana for Manny, I doubt they'll do it for Jones.

Santana for Jones straight up is an even trade, no way Anaheim would give up more than that for Jones (and I don't think they'll give up Santana for anyone really).

Torri Hunter is the best in the game in centerfield, and after him I'd go with Vernon Wells, then Andrew Jones.

Except for when Langer subs for him in center.

I don't see anything happening here. Anybody on the 40-man that we would get back would have to clear waivers also, and any young, relatively inexpensive player would be claimed in a heartbeat. The only way it would really work is if we took back another big contract, like Garrett Anderson, which doesn't make any sense. Or a few lower-level prospects not on the 40-man, which I don't see happening, either.

2-run shot by B-Mac, Braves lead the Reds 2-0 in the 4th.

I know you were kidding, I think you were anyways, but Langer is a really good fielder and I think Cox called him the most fundamentally sound outfielder on the team.

Actually, I wasn't kidding. But I'm probably the biggest Langer fan around.

Yeah, I've noticed you seem to be borderline in love with the guy.

And that was one hell of a catch.
