Hampton threw today without any discomfort... possible he could be back sooner than originally projected, though I wouldn't count on it.

Yeah he will probably injure something else before too long that will set him back even more.

It is being reported that Mike Hampton injured himself going to sleep tonight. Out 2-3 months.
