Hampton is the most overpaid player in history. I can't stand him. Problem is they can't trade him because of that ridiculous contract.

Braves sign Mark Redman

I think it's a decent pickup... hey, he was an All-Star last year.

The Braves could have re-acquired Chris Reitsma or Dan Kolb and it would have helped them more than Hampton. LOL

Hell no, them playing would have been much worse than Hampton not playing.
