The team isn't going to look out for you when it comes to finances, so I've got no problem with Minor getting his money in order first. In a perfect world he would have fixed his shoulder first, but players have to lookout for themselves. Unfortunately you rehab on the team's time after you get paid, just like Markakis is doing.

Surprised to see there was no talk here about the Braves 9 man no hitter today! Granted it's spring training still nice to see the arms in motion this early.

Ya, we threw a no-no and still didn't win. Welcome to the 2015 Braves!

Re: 2015 Atlanta Braves

Hey guys and gals. What do the Braves they are going to get from AJ. The guy still can hit. He is eventually going to cause some noise in clubhouse if he doesn't start at least 3 games a week. The commentators keeps on praising his team leadership abilities. Hell they had that in Laird.

I am so tired of this word " leadership" being throw around. To me Fredi G is the general and they're his soldiers. You fight, play hard for your general "leader"! Maybe with Frank Wren gone we see that more evident..

I'm at a mix of emotions about AJ. I liked him when he was a Twin, but by the time he left the ChiSox, my opinion of him did a 180. But hey, I if I learned to love Gary Sheffield, AJ oughta be a walk in the park.

Yeah true. But Sheffield was in his prime. Man we should've, could've won a pennant or two with those teams. Those 2 seasons our offense wAS ON point..
