The Show 10... 5+ pitches?

So many pitchers use more than 5 pitches... why does The Show limit itself to 5? Zack Greinke for instants throws his curveball at 3 varying speeds, the game only allows you to change the rate of movement really... Maddux threw cutting fb's, 2 seam fb's, running fb's, sliders, curves, change ups...

just wondering if anyone knows the reasoning behind this limit on pitch types

I've said for a couple of years now, that at the VERY LEAST, there should be a SIX PITCH option. There are many pitchers in the majors...starters and relievers who throw AT LEAST 6

We know some have six or more pitches we don't have enough buttons which is the main reason why five is the limit.

How about making one of the buttons on the PS3 gamepad bring up an extra menu with more pitches to pick from?

That would work right?

Yeah we looked at it and all the possibilities it would take a complete re-write of the way the system works now. So its 5 pitches for the foreseeable future.
