    Asian Player CAPs

With the World Baseball Classic finishing up, I was wondering if anyone has created any foreign players(Japanese, Korean, etc.) that haven't made it to the MLB, but they are still good. I am not very good at making CAPs, especially the stats/ attributes start. Thanks to anyone who can give me at least the attributes part of some of the top players from around the world, not in the MLB.

      Hisashi Iwakuma SP
      Shuichi Murata 3B
      Norchika Aoki OF

I wouldn't mind the whole Japan team, they were fantastic. Iwakuma & Matsuzaka were amazing as starters and Darvish just got filthy stuff [keep in mind, he couldn't throw his best pitch, the curveball, because he couldn't get the full grip on the MLB baseballs, so that was mostly his slider that he got quite a few outs with I believe]

someone needs to do a Fukudome CAP that actually resembles him, not like the model they have in the game...

                Re: Asian Player CAPs

I think that those are some great players that would do good in the majors, but I am not sure exactly how to make their stats and the attributes. For example, when I create a player, I am bad at figuring is Contact against LHP is 57 or 75. This will be especially difficult with the switch from a foriegn leaugue to the MLB, so if I can get some help with the attribute part(At least until I get the hang of it), I can do the faces with some help. So if anyone is willing to help or even do them. It will make me happy. Basically, I was wondering if anyone has made any foriegn people yet, and they are willing to post them.

Oh and Bing Boing what do you mean?

                  Re: Asian Player CAPs

You can find the attributes to certain players in world baseball classic CAPs post

                  http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ssic-caps.html

I was bored at work the other night and went through mlb 2k6 world baseball classic rosters. I copied the attributes into an excel file and uploaded it. There are alot of players who played this year there.. you might have to do some adjusting as far as attributes for aging players or players who have developed.

                    Re: Asian Player CAPs

I would LOVE to do it, but:

                    1) I dont have the time because of my editing/roster edit for '09

                    2) while I DO have access to all of their batting stances, equipment and hitting and fielding prowess, I don't have any way I've found so far to get their splits for their 2008 seasons---in whatever league they guys played in

Carew could you tell me the website that you didn't mention that deals with Japanese players. I don't care if it isn't that good. I just would like a good starting point.

I don't use it often, but on occasion, I may find some stuff I need...

Alright thanks. I'll post here if I find any other good sites that have some good breakdowns.

Anyways, if anyone creates quality World Baseball Classic player post them here. I will do the same as soon as I get a chance.
