You may want to jump onto sportsconnect and download the file called KsigJimDM. It is updated with all the latest moves and has all the prospects you can imagine.

I was looking around for the same thing as the OP. Wanted 2010 opening day rosters for the show 09. Can't find anything and sportsconnect seems to be disabled for the show 09. I get kicked instantly. Any other options?
