I plan on starting a 30-team franchise replicating the '09 season shortly after the os full minors opening day release and had heard discussions about starting a thread to keep track of the injuries as they happen throughout the season...

figured I'd start it off...I'll update this page accordingly...

I dont think Niese is on the 60 day DL is he? Thought he was going to be the Mets #5 starter.

Jordan Zimmermann is on the 60 day DL still recovering from surgery.

Cliff Lee could potentially start the season on the DL for a bit.

Also are you sure Bergesen is starting on the DL?

yea, Jon Niese is penciled in as the Mets' 5th starter...he's not hurt at all right now. where'd you get that?

for the Mets, Beltran might not be available until late April at the EARLIEST, more likely May-mid May. so you can put him on the 15 day for back to back stints to start off the season, that's what I did.

Brandon Webb is probably on the DL for most of Apirl, so 15 Day DL for him.

It looks like Yahoo has a good list of info. It even has projected lineups and rotations, injuries included.

Ted Lilly is on the 15 day DL to start the season.

I'm pretty sure he still is gonna be atleast

sounds like from what i'm hearing for the Padres LHP Joe Thatcher will probably start on the DL.

Bergesen is NOT on the DL actually. He's the #4 starter for the O's. Uehara is on the DL though.

SP Scott Richmond from the Jays is on the 60-day. It's on Yahoo! Sports's list, as well as ESPN and MLB.com.
