Manual Injure & 25 Spots in Minors?

So, I'm in the process of cutting my mlb rosters down to 25 for all 30 teams. I thought about possibly manually injuring the players that are injured in real life, but I can't seem to find out how.

Also, I hope this isn't true... but I read somewhere that all the minor league teams have to be down to 25 as well... uh oh... I was just sending guys down to either AAA, AA, or A without paying attention to how many are in each. That's going to suck if I have to go back and do it again!!! I guess I will just move guys from AAA to AA or vice versa if needed.

You have to set the global settings to manual injuries, then go to the disabled list and hit either R1 or L1 and it will switch to a list of your entire roster. Click on the guy you want to injure and give him pretty much any type of injury you can imagine and the time you want him out for and wahlah. Hit R1 or L1 again and you have to then put that player on the disabled list.

Sorry man but yes, you can only have 25 guys on each minor league team. You do not have to have 25 guys though.

I swear I have manual injuries turned on in both Global and my profile. I think the reason I can't do manual injuries is because I turned injuries off. There is know way I'm starting over again. It took me forever to cut just the american league down to 25 and now I'm going to have to go back and do the minors as well as finish the national league.

Too bad you can't turn injuries on in the middle of a season. I didn't realize injuries had to be on in order to take advantage of manual injuries. At least I guess that's the issue.

I'm still having problems with this. I found out I can turn injuries on in the middle of the season... or at least at th end of spring training. I did this, verified injuries were manual, and I still have no r1 or l1 option when I go into the disable list. Maybe you have to have CPU Roster Control on? I just did the thing where I have no profile on the other 29 teams, but checked them so I can have control over them. If you have to have CPU Roster Control on, then I'm screwed because you can't adjust that during the middle of a franchise.

Please let me know if you have to have cpu roster control turned on in order to do manual injuries. Sounds ridiculous if that is the case... then why would I still have a manual injuries option if I can't use it?

To the guys confused as to what he's talking about:

I'm pretty sure there are two options: injury management (i.e. do you manually put a player on the DL and find his replacement, or does the CPU do it for you?) and injuries (i.e. is it possible for players to get hurt, or do you want to turn them off and make them immune to injuries?).
