A final few (Rule V mostly) guys who mlbdepthcharts.com have in their final 25's but aren't in the game:

HOU - Aneury Rodriguez RP
PHIL - Michael Martinez IF/OF
PIT - Josh Rodriguez IF/OF
ARI - Joe Paterson RP

I can't seem to find Bobby Scales anywhere so we can add him to the list.

He's in with FA 3's. Towards the bottom. I believe. Definitely in one of the FA lists. Braden Looper is missing though for the Cubs.

Yeah I found Scales. Thanks. Lou Montanez is also missing.

If guys have not appeared in the majors yet, then they will not be in the game yet, hence they are not "missing". They just have not been added yet. Guys like Jesus Montero and Brad Emaus and Matt Dominguez who have not appeared in the majors yet will not be in the rosters until they appear in the majors. Also Ron Mahay is a scab and thus cannot be in rosters because he is not part of the MLBPA.

He's there somewhere too. In one of the FA lists.

I can't find him, so I'm pretty sure he is missing.

Understood, but this thread is useful in listing the players who need creating (or downloading from the vault) for people constructing their own rosters.

By my calculations there are 17 players in the mlbdepthcharts.com projected OD rosters who are not in the game. All now listed here.

Didn't know that about Mahay, though. Thanks for the heads up.
