2011 IN SEASON ROSTER UPDATES for OSFM

Ok guys, I plan on trying to track all the IN SEASON moves again in one thread so you can update your teams to keep in line with the real life moves if you want. I will try to get a list of all the players starting out the season on the DL and then post daily what ever other moves are made throughout the MLB.

Here is what the thread looked like last year. Hopefully I can get a sticky:

I was literally JUST thinking to myself I wish someone would maintain a transaction list on a forum somewhere, then I thought to check OS and viola...

You most likely are, but just in case you are not aware, there is a page on ESPN that may make your job a lot easier (I can't link to it due to my post count and the apparent spam guard thing that requires 5+ posts). In any case I appreciate the effort, especially since that webpage is really cluttered with all sorts of up-and-down movements within teams, and no one cares about Oliver Perez moving to the minor leagues 82 times throughout the course of a season.

Thanks for the sticky. I might hold off a few days still til moves really start happening and after the actual Opening Day set comes (since right now all we have is 2 versions of the Spring Training set). I am also going out of town on Wed. so Ill catch up when Im back in town Sunday.

MLB rosters are already set. It's the minors that will need some tweaking since their season doesn't start until April 7th.

In regard to Detroit opening day injuries there should only be listed Guillen and Zumaya. Bobby Seay was granted free agency Nov 2010.

I like the idea of this thread but instead of just DL you should put 15 day, 60 day, etc.

Because gameplay is almost actual to the real deal in The Show, this thread is very beneficial as I barely have enough time every evening to get a game in...good problem. I'm actually two games behind schedule and have injuries, DL and lineups as best to being on par...looking to get some realistic outcomes...damn Cardinals offense is anemic too :o/
