Not able to get real player's faces thru importing players any more?

Has anyone else been unable to get players faces from importing players lately? I had been able to get the faces before and now when I am importing even some of the same players before I now just get a generic face instead of it loading that players actual face. (example: I load up what used to get Babe Ruth's face and now it just gives me a generic white guy's face)

Does anyone know if MLB the show has disabled the face glitch recently or is this just a problem I am having with my game?

Yeah this happened a long time ago when the new patch was released

Well that sucks. So now about 3/4 of the players in the vault now have generic faces.
