Operation Sports Full Minors 2012(recruiting)

With just over a month to go, we might as well get the ball rolling on setting up the teams that would be willing to work on the set.
Last year worked out well with having guys work on either a certain section(s) or all the way through with particular teams.
Please post, with what team(s)(no preference is good too!) and the area(s) you can work on. We will utilize multiple community members to work the same areas and group you guys to work together.
The more members willing to pitch in...the BETTER!
Everyone will work on their own particular set....and we(Ridin' and myself) will import the players from your set onto the Master Set.
A few things to start...
I will make up some new charts(progression is slightly different this year) for the ratings. (we will also be starting all prospects(minor league players as well) at a higher starting level as well.(there were some changes that now make this possible!)

The areas of work will be:
-Info and ratings
-Player faces
-Equipment

Please just post your team(s) and area you would like to work in(in order of preference if you list multiple teams)

I'd would really love to do the Indians.

Obviously good to help on any team possible though.

I can do any/all of the above with regards to faces/ratings/equipment. Doesn't matter! I like doing faces and ratings especially.

Info and ratings would be the best for me to work on, my faces are not that good. lol I'm willing to do all names and info for any team, just let me know what players are going to be used for the Minor Leagues and I'll be ready to put in work. I plan on getting the game at a midnight release so let me know what's needed and I'm all in! Yankees, Phillies or any that need done.

I'll work on the Giants with everything except faces. And I can lend a hand to any other teams that need help. Preference...Giants, A's, Rays, Rockies, Padres, Dodgers, D-Backs. I know these systems the best.

I don't have the charts made up yet.....I'll be working on them the next few days.
I also have to ask Lorne/Brian/Aaron a few questions before I finalize anything.(just to make sure)

You did a good job last year.

Thanks. I did have some help on some of the faces and pitchers' ratings, so it wasn't entirely me. Surprisingly I got a fairly decent jump so far on the MLB's worst farm system. I'm just waiting for Knight to release his charts to see if I need to re-rate anyone, which I'm guessing I will have to.

I LOVE the work all you guys did last year.

We will have to re-rate everyone. Progression is slightly different and so are some of the key elements in how teams handle the prospects now....so we are going to be starting a lot of them higher(ratings) than we did in the past.
Age is going to also play more of a key role.
I'm working on the formulas now a bit.....I don't want to fully commit to making the charts until I can get some questions(and then answers!) to Aaron and Co.

It will be the same system though on the charts....pick a point where your prospect will wind up.....move down how many years...give him those #'s.

Sounds great. Can't wait to get started. At least I have a good base to start at with what I already came up with, now I'll just have to adjust accordingly.
