I have a question. Are you taking everyone's piece of the puzzle and putting it together? I ask because when I did my Madden rosters, I couldn't use any helpers since it's not possible to merge roster files. One overwrites the other.
With The Show it's possibly to export and import individual players.

You think he's a .320 hitter in 3 years and will hit 40 hr's in 4 years(just to mix it up)
so.... .320 is column R.... 3 rows down(the bottom rows) is 76-77 that's his current rating....so you make him 77 contact let's say
...and 40 hr's is column P...4 rows down there is 67-69....and he's a 69 power to start.....
In 3-4 years he will grow into those top #'s.
You do this for each of his "tools".
Same with each potential.....except for the D guys...for D guys...use the C chart and just give him the ratings you think he is(D is for "career" minor league players)

Any questions....don't hesitate to ask!

Can you do the same explanation for pitching prospects. I read the google sheet and had hard time understanding it. Then read what you wrote and now I'm 100% on everything.

I'll do an example for each and put it on the first post.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes.
I always do as I use two PS3's.
One always stays home...the other I take to work.
I use a flash drive to move the files with no problem.

It's coming up fast boys...

If anyone needs help with anyone or just a hand in general.... please let me know!
Thanks!

Is c-a-p the same on vita as on the ps3? So I can work on my roster at school via vita and then come home and move to the big screen? I think you just said yes but I wanna be clear before I go trade my psp for a vita.
