Roster Re-ordering Question

Could someone point me in the direction of the proper setting to use in season/franchise mode that doesn't automaticaly reorder the rosters at the end of spring training?
I have 30 team control on but once I skip to the end of spring all the players who are not currently in their real life counterpart lineups are back in.

Make another settings file that has everything set to auto except for lineups, which you should set to manual. Use those settings for all 30 teams, send the players you don't want on your 25 man to the minors, then sim and the lineups *should* (though with this game's AI you can never quite tell) stay put. Then set the teams you aren't using back to your full auto settings for the season.

When you end spring training, the CPU will automatically send players down for any team that is over the 25 man roster limit (regardless of what your profile settings are).

You basically must set the 25 man rosters for each team, by sending players to the minors BEFORE clicking end spring.

Yeah looks that way. Nothing I tried works, and even then once I end spring training it'll still make all the changes.
Oh well.
