Can someone link me or help me on how to get the rosters OSFM listed in this forum onto my PS3 using a stick drive?

Thank you! Knew it was on here somewhere. How do i transfer them from the stick drive to ps3 though? this is what I am looking for, unless I missed it!

There are some tutorials on youtube if the sticky isn't helping. Once you do it once it will become simple. I have no computer knowledge at all and have managed to stumble around.
