Editing a player to be utility player?

How would you assign position to a player that I want to be an utility player?

I'm playing at the Cubs and they're grooming Junior Lake into some sort of a super-sub player, a la Ben Zobrist. But the issue is the game has him assigned as 3B/SS.

How would you recommend I go about on editing his positions (primary and secondary) so he could be a "true" utility player?

He've played all over the infield and right field as well. He also played a little center field in spring as well.

    So maybe RF/IF?

    Or 3B/OF? Idk.

    Or something else?

    Thanks!!

I did this with a few players as well. What i did was go into the online roster and find a fake player that was a utility player and export him into my roster and edited him to the player i wanted to be a utility player. For example i imported the player over Grant Green of the A's and then just edited him back into Grant Green.

Yeah your best bet is to find someone to edit over and change the default position to what you want and leave the secondary position alone. For example, I edited a real MLB player "Matt Tuiasosopo" to be a catcher instead of 1B. There are a few fake players in the game that can play every position except C so those would be the best choices.

Now that Junior Lake has finally been called up to the Majors, you should be able to just export him from tomorrows roster update to whatever roster you prefer to use. If I were to guess, he will be on the roster with a position of CF (only position he has played so far in the Majors) with a secondary position of LF, RF, 2B, 3B, SS. These are all the positions he plays (I wouldn't be surprised if he knew how to pitch, catch, and play first either), but he is the definition of a super utility player.
Brent Lillibridge was a super utility player as well, but I don't think the Cubs have had a good one since Mark Derosa.

But the issue is that I've already started my franchise.... :-/

The other issue is Sony didn't add Junior Lake to this week's update.

Ok so I took a Utility player from a roster update and edited him to be exactly like the OSFM Junior Lake. It's up in the vault now.

How do you do this? I'm about to start my season mode and I'd like to get any players with service time/career stats onto my roster before I start.

I have the same problem right now with Junior Lake. Are there any super utility players on the osfm roster I could use to make Junior Lake?
