How good are the created guys like Vlad Jr, Bichette and so on? Not just ratings wise, but I meant their actual appearance and everything too.

Ya, that'd help. Better than spending money on the game to find out if it's worth it.

Mlb15 was last game I had and haven't updated rosters since probably 2016.

Seems to be a really good roster in the Vault by "ClarkT2" on March 17th. Just sort by the date created column and it's easy enough to find.
