Ejections & Balks

Has anyone experienced any player or manager ejections? If so, was Ozzie Guillien one of the managers to get ousted? Another question. Has anyone seen a BALK called on any of the CPU pitchers?

I believe that CPU do not perform balks in the game, I may be wrong tho.

I also believe that only players are ejected (on that one cutscene) and Managers are rarely seen on the field. Only time I ever see them "arguing" is after the play at 2nd in which the defensive players drops the ball on the glove-to-hand transfer.
