    CPU Mound Visits are IN

I was using the Pirates and hosting the Cubs.

Zambrano was cruising with a 5-1 lead heading into the bottom of the 5th inning.

He gets the first 2 hitters with ease. But, with 2 outs he walks one and gives up a single after falling behind in the count 3-0.

With 2 men on and 2 outs I see some guy without a glove walking across the 1st base line, heading straight for the mound. It took me bysurprise and it was a moment or two before I realized it was a mound visit. I'm sure the commentators made some mention of it but I had the sound off as I was listening to the Spurs game.

It didn't look like Sweet Lou so I'm guessing it was the pitching coach.

Anyway, he talks to Zambrano and leaves him in the game.

I wish I could have checked Z's confidence before the visit to see if it went up after.

Awesome...is it the same scene as when the user initiates a visit?

I haven't initiated a mound visit myself yet in this version. But, it seemed different than the PS2 version. In the PS2 version I think the screen changes and everyone is already on the mound.

What I saw showed the coach walking out, not just appearing on the mound.

Yeah the coach walks out and if he's making a change will tap his arm. Its the same arm no matter if its a lefty or a righty but hey its an arm tap
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Anyone see any new animations from the batters, fielders, etc? I had one from Bobby Abreu last night, it goes to the "Now hitting, Bobby Abreu!" and he walks behind the catcher, and blows his nose ... It's one of those things in baseball you hate to see, but 'm glad SCEA put it in a little more realism into this game, of which I was expecting a minimal effort PS2 port and have been dead wrong....
Also, what is the seating capacity of the Vero Beach baseball park? The attendance was 52,XXX the game I played and that doesn't seem right for a spring training ball park

What is the franchise it was associated with?
That couldn't be the new Spring Training facility for the Dodgers, could it?
