When you press and hold the select button to see the pitcher and batter sliders, right below the speed slider for the hitter it has one called PVIs. What does that mean?

i've been trying to find what it stood for, too...and I've came across a few replies online saying that it's plate vision...I thought it was odd, too...PV i could see meaning plate vision..but whats with the "PVis"..whats the "is" about ....kinda strange...Comment

It seems that,for whatever reason, they chose P for Plate and Vis for Vision. I agree its a bit odd, but that's what they did. You can verify it by looking at attributes for players and seeing those with high PVis will have much larger color in the graph during the game, as opposed to those with lower PVis. I wish they gave the numbers on those graphs as well, or just the numbers, it would be more specific that way.
Anyway, thats my understanding of it, vis for vision. PV might have been less confusing.Comment
